It's all come down to this: Green Day and Paramore will meet for the 2011 Musical March Madness title, advancing to the championship game after knocking off a pair of tough challengers in the Final Four.

Third-seeded Green Day held off a late charge from upset-minded #9 Disturbed, watching a big lead (nearly 8,000 votes) dwindle down to triple digits as Final Four polls closed Sunday at midnight. In a contest that saw more than 230,000 votes cast, Green Day's final margin of victory was less than 800. Read more »

On Monday, April 4, 2011, we will commemorate the 43rd anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., one of America's greatest civil rights leaders.

Thanks to you and other generous Founding Sponsors, construction of the Memorial remembering the life and legacy of Dr. King, is almost complete!

All of us here at the Washington, DC Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation are looking forward to the glorious day that we unveil this memorial to the world this coming August with a remarkable Dedication Ceremony on the National Mall.

But we are not quite there yet. Right now, we must focus on raising the final $9 million needed to "Build the Dream." And, remember, we have just FOUR short months to reach our goal.
