In her case, Ryan showed up late for her labor (which she said was because he was with another girl). On the "16 and Pregnant After Show," she also revealed that he was skipping his weekly opportunities to see their daughter, Miah. On tonight's "16 and Pregnant: Life After Labor" special (10/9c), Dr. Drew asks Ryan where he was the night of Miah's birth. Ryan claims that his phone died and he was at his friend's house, but that doesn't explain the hickeys on his neck.
