The '90s Swedish pop group Ace of Base's held Billboard's previous consecutive-weeks record with 48, but with Perry's current hit, "E.T.," slipping from #1 to #2 on the next Hot 100 tally, the Teenage Dream singer has notched an impressive 52 straight weeks in the top 10.
