Norm Macdonald's career has never really gotten back on track since he was fired from Saturday Night Live for either not being funny or telling too many O.J. Simpson jokes, depending on who you believe. This special shows that he remains a consummate, if dark, stand-up as he gets big laughs from such subjects as alcoholism and murder. Macdonald concludes by revealing he feels sorry for the incarcerated O.J., albeit for reasons the Juice probably wouldn't appreciate and we probably shouldn't detail in a family magazine. A-
